Serving up authentic cuisine from the region, including their own renowned balsamic vinegar, each meal was a true delight for the senses. The panoramic views from the dining room further enhanced our culinary journey, making every bite a memorable experience.Exploring the property, we had the opportunity to visit the vinegar cellar, where the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia is meticulously crafted and aged to perfection. The free bike rentals allowed us to venture out and explore the picturesque surroundings, immersing ourselves in the beauty of the Italian countryside.
